Day 4
Today was another day of gathering interviews. We decided to try a different location today. Instead of going to a park, we decided to visit Times Square---the heart of NYC. We went in hopes of meeting a wider range of people as Times Square is filled with tourists. However, the moment we arrived, we slowly realized this wasn't going to work. Times Square was way too crowded and chaotic. Everyone was either on the move or taking pictures. We also did not feel safe as there was always constantly a moving crowd around us. We tried to come up to some people but were too overwhelmed by the chaos in Times Square. Thus, after a long while of scrambling and gathering a few interviews, we decided to move to Brooklyn where we were more comfortable. We went to the same location that we went to the other day: the Brooklyn Bridge Park.
Here, we felt in our element and interviewed people in the park for a few hours.
After gathering some high-quality clips, we went back home. We went through all of our interview clips over the past few days to pick out the best. To make the editing and organizing process easier, we took notes of each of our interviewee's answers and characteristics. We also did some work for our poster by screenshotting and editing pictures of our interviewees. We reached our goal for the day: get enough interviews and meet our daily hour requirement.
Total work hours: 8.5hrs
Looks amazing! Glad it is going great. Don't forget to add project total hours along with the daily hours.
